Learn how to move like a snake, do hypnotic leg waves and flow smoothly around the pole. We will put Russian influenced moves together the most fluid way to get a unique choreography with seamless transitions.

12:00-13:30 Bewitched dynamic work (intermediate level)
In this masterclass you will learn how to use your body the best to create powerful leg work and dynamic moves but still flowy and enchanting. Leg waves, curls and drops in a way you never thought your body could do.
14:00-15:30 Mesmerising feels (all levels)
This workshop is all about how stunning you can be. Release your inner goddess and learn how to create beautiful lines with your legs and make floorwork look hypnotising. We will combine everything in a mesmerising choreography where we connect our body with our soul and loose ourselves in dance.
Laura Lou is a pole dancer from Switzerland with a background in artistic gymnastics. She started pole dance in 2011 and became a teacher after only 2 years. She competed internationally and discovered her love for exotic pole dance when she went to Sydney for Dance Filthy. One year later, in 2015 she opened her own studio - The Pole Academy
